Oscar started his career in the janitorial industry in 1995. Through the last 16 years, Oscar has successfully managed operations in retail, commercial, industrial, and educational facilities. Kim Zacharkiewicz
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Kim is an achievement oriented financial professional with over 25 years of diversified experience in accounting, cash-flow management, business support, performance reporting, payroll, human resources, billing and financial analysis. She is a 1990 graduate of Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL where she earned a B.S. in Accounting. Kim is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
