As president, Rick is in charge of all service operations, business development, finance and administration within the organization. He started his work in the janitorial industry in 1996. Rick has led the charge to Capital’s 95% customer retention rate and aggressive growth during his 16-year tenure. He has built a team of some of the best operations and leadership people in the business by instilling the spirit of ownership and fulfilling customer expectations and driving results through effective recruiting, regular training, constant support and accountability.

Oscar Gallegos
Vice President of Operations

Oscar started his career in the janitorial industry in 1995. Through the last 17 years, Oscar has successfully managed operations in retail, commercial, industrial, and educational facilities. He is excellent in strategic planning, project management, large start-up and problem solving. Through the years, Oscar has been successful following his core values of integrity, quality control, communication and team building.
