Health Insurance

CBSG provides optional benefits for its employees, both full-time and part-time.  Each employee has access to benefits that protect them and their family’s health and care.

Capital offers both full and part-time employees a mini-coverage option for health insurance, a benefit usually offered only to full-time employees.

Additional benefits and health insurance options are available to our management level employees.

Holidays and Vacation
Capital provides paid holidays and vacation time for full-time employees.

Vacation time is accrued starting on each full-time employee’s first day of work and escalates in the amount of time earned after one full year of employment.
